    Place orange juice, maple syrup and vegetable oil in a medium bowl

    Stir in the garlic, thyme, allspice and salt. Yield: 1-1/2 cups SUGGESTED USE: The maple syrup provides a subtle sweetness to this marinade

    It also help to glaze the meat during cooking

    Try this as a marinade for pork ribs (6 to 24 hours), pork tenderloin (4 to 6 hours) or boneless chicken breasts (2 to 3 hours).

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
