    Dried cannelloni are wide tubes about 4 inches long

    Fresh cannelloni are made by cutting sheets of pasta and rolling them around the filling

    This large hollow pasta is most often stuffed, topped with a sauce and cheese, then baked

    Cannelloni can also be stuffed and deep-fried until crisp

    If deep-frying, the tubes will need to be boiled before stuffing and frying

    Lasagne sheets can also be used for baked cannelloni by spreading the filling down the center of the lasagne then rolling up.
