Turkish Yogurt Marinade

- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon grated lemon rind (zest)
- 1 cup chopped fresh mint
- 2 large cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
