    Place apple juice, soy sauce, honey, vegetable oil in a medium bowl

    Whisk to combine

    Stir in garlic, ginger, dry mustard, Worcestershire sauce, Rum and nutmeg. Yield: 2 cups SUGGESTED USE: This is perfect with pork of all kinds

    Marinate a pork loin, pork chops, pork tenderloin (24 hours) or pork kabobs (4 hours).

  • 1 /2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons minced
  • 1 tablespoon dry mustard
  • 1 /8 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 cup Rum Pinch nutmeg
