    Make butterflies, cook al dente, drain and transfer to a heated serving dish

    Meanwhile, put nuts in a broiler pan and broil, stirring frequently, until golden brown

    Chop nuts coarsely

  • 4

    Add butter to pasta and stir

  • 5

    Add chopped nuts, chocolate and brown sugar

  • 6

    Toss to mix thoroughly

  • 7

    Serve at once.

  • 1 half load of pasta dough made into butterflies
  • 1/4 cup blanched almonds 1/4 cup hazelnuts 2 tablespoons butter or margarine
  • 2 squares semi-sweet chocolate, coarsely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons light-brown sugar
