Blend to puree. Yield: 1 cup SUGGESTED USE: Once pureed this marinade is very thick and coats meats nicely

Try it on pork tenderloin (6 to 8 hours), chicken breasts (2 to 3 hours) or firm fish fillets (1 hour).

- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons minced fresh ginger
- 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 1 /3 cup fresh lime juice
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- Pinch of cayenne pepper
