Citrus Marinade
ingredients
- 2 cloves garlic, sliced
- 1/Bcup olive oil
- 3 tablespoons dark brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1-1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 /4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1 /4 cup fresh orange or lime juice
- 1-1/2 teaspoons grated lemon rind (zest)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 /4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
