Simmer over low heat for about 1-1/2 hours or until thickened

Toss sauce with cooked spaghetti and serve with bread crumb topping instead of cheese.

ingredients
- 1 full load of pasta dough made into spaghetti
- 2 cups bread crumbs
- olive oil
- 1 medium head cauliflower
- 3 to 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 small can anchovies, cut in pieces
- 1/4 teaspoon Cayenne pepper (optional)
- 1/4 cup sugar (optional)
- 2 cans Milanese paste
- salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 3 (6-ounce) cans tomato paste
