    Make fettuccini, cook until al dente, drain and place in a heated serving dish

    Heat oil in a large frying pan and cook garlic over a low heat for 3-4 minutes

    Add fettuccine, chives, red and black caviar, and eggs to pan

    Toss to combine

    Top with sour cream and serve immediately.

CAVIAR FETTUCCINE

ingredients

  • 1 full load of pasta dough made into fettuccine
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 4 tablespoons fresh chives,
  • finely snipped
  • 6 tablespoons each red and black caviar OR
  • substitute red and black lumpfish roe
  • 4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
