Heat oil in a large frying pan and cook garlic over a low heat for 3-4 minutes

ingredients
- 1 full load of pasta dough made into fettuccine
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, crushed
- 4 tablespoons fresh chives,
- finely snipped
- 6 tablespoons each red and black caviar OR
- substitute red and black lumpfish roe
- 4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
- 1/2 cup sour cream
