ingredients
- 1 full load of Chinese egg noodle pastamade into won tons
- 1 pound shelled, de-veined shrimps
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger, chopped
- 6 water chestnuts, chopped
- 4 green onions, chopped
- 2 tablespoons corn flour
- salt and pepper to taste
