It's great on all poultry (2 to 3 hours), pork tenderloin (3 to 4 hours) shrimp (3 to 4 hours) and especially fish fillets (1 hour).

- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon dried red pepper flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper
- 1 /2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon grated lemon rind (zest)
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup coarsely chopped fresh parsley
- 2 tablespoons coarsely chopped fresh oregano
- 2 tablespoons coarsely chopped fresh basil
- 1 /2 cup olive oil
