If using a whole chicken (24 hours), work the marinade under the skin as well as all over the body

This is also great on chicken pieces on the bone (12 to 24 hours) or boneless chicken breasts (4 to 8 hours)

- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced
- 1/2 cup fresh lime juice
- 1-1/2 tablespoons ground coriander
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon turmeric
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 /4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
