FRESH FRUIT SHELL SALAD
ingredients
- 1 half load of pasta dough made into shells
- 1 (8 ounce) container plain low-fat or nonfat yogurt
- 1/4 cup frozen concentrate orange juice, thawed
- 1 (20 ounce) can pineapple chunks in juice
- 1 large orange, peeled, sectioned, and seeded
- 1 cup seedless red grapes, cut into halves
- 1 cup seedless green grapes, cut into halves
- 1 apple, cored and chopped
- 1 banana, sliced
