    Make pasta and cook until al dente

    Drain and rinse thoroughly to cool

    Place in a bowl and set aside

    To make dressing, mix the yogurt and orange juice concentrate in a small bowl

    Drain juice from pineapple

  • 6

    In a large bowl, combine the fruit

    Add the yogurt mixture and pasta; toss to coat

    Cover and chill thoroughly

    Toss gently before serving

  • 10

    This salad can be served for lunch, snack or a dessert

    You can make ahead and refrigerate until ready to serve

    Be sure to refrigerate leftovers.

FRESH FRUIT SHELL SALAD

ingredients

  • 1 half load of pasta dough made into shells
  • 1 (8 ounce) container plain low-fat or nonfat yogurt
  • 1/4 cup frozen concentrate orange juice, thawed
  • 1 (20 ounce) can pineapple chunks in juice
  • 1 large orange, peeled, sectioned, and seeded
  • 1 cup seedless red grapes, cut into halves
  • 1 cup seedless green grapes, cut into halves
  • 1 apple, cored and chopped
  • 1 banana, sliced
