Bring stock to a boil in a large pot

Drop won-tons, cabbage leaves and carrots into stock

Boil rapidly 2 to 3 minutes or until wontons are tender but firm

Garnish with green onion and serve.

ingredients
- 1full load of won ton or Chinese egg noodle dough
- made into 30 won tons (see recipe page 149)
- 4 quarts of chicken stock OR
- 4 (14-1/2 ounce) cans chicken broth
- Chinese cabbage leaves, chopped
- Carrot strips
- 1 green onion, finely chopped
