    Cook the beef and onion in the olive oil

    Allow it to cool

    Combine meat with remaining ingredients in a bowl and mix well

    Make a load of your favorite pasta dough and use the instructions for making filled pasta at the beginning of this book

    You'll need about two dozen 2 to 3 inch circles

    Place a teaspoon of filling onto each round, and fold it over into a semicircle

    Pinch the edges to seal them

    Boil the dumplings for 10 to 15 minutes.

  • 1 full load pasta dough 3/4 pound ground sirloin
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon fresh chopped marjoram
  • 2 tablespoons fresh chopped parsley
