Curry Marinade

    Place onion, garlic, soy sauce, vinegar, oil, brown sugar, curry powder, oregano and pepper in a medium bowl

    Stir to combine well and dissolve the sugar. Yield: 1-1/2 cups SUGGESTED USE: The curry in this marinade is in the background providing a subtle, exotic flavor

    Try this on a pork loin (12 to 24 hours), pork tenderloin or pork chops (6 to 8 hours) or a turkey breast (8 to 12 hours).

  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar

  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
