    Melt butter in saucepan

    Add cooked, drained pasta

  • 3

    Add heavy cream and grated Romano cheese

  • 4

    Stir over low heat until desired consisten- cy is obtained, approximately 10 minutes

    Serve topped with coarse ground pepper or finely chopped fresh parsley if desired.
