Add the salt and pepper and let stand 1 hour before using as a marinade. Yield: 1 cup SUGGESTED USE: This marinade is made for lamb

Use it on a leg of lamb (8 hours), with or without the bone, lamb chops (2 to 3 hours) or lamb kabobs (2 to 4 hours).
