ingredients
- 1-1/2 pounds papaya, peeled, seeded and chopped
- 1 large apple, peeled and chopped
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper
- 1/4 cup dark raisins
- 1/4 cup golden raisins
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup cider vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 teaspoon mustard seeds
- 1 /4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 2 tablespoons crystallized ginger
