    Peel mangoes and cut into cubes

    Place mango, cranberries and orange in the food processor

    Pulse to coarsely chop

    Add sugar and pulse to combine

    Do not puree

    Let relish stand 30 minutes before serving or refrigerate up to 3 days. Yield: 2-1/2 cups SUGGESTED USE: Perfect with roast turkey, this is also tasty with any orange juice marinated chicken breasts

    It is also tasty with a turkey breast coated with the Tropical Sweet Spice Rub (page 131).

  • 2 cups fresh (not frozen) cranberries
  • 1 /2 medium unpeeled orange, cubed
  • 1/2 cup sugar
