    Cut corn kernels off cobs and place in a medium bowl

    Toss with red onion, chilies, lime juice, vegetable oil, maple syrup and salt

    Add more maple syrup to taste

  • 2 serrano chilies, minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey
