Gently toss in the red onion, cilantro, lime juice, orange juice, salt and pepper. Set aside until serving time, up to 3 hours. Yield: 1-1/2 cups SUGGESTED USE: Serve this salsa with any chicken or pork dish especially flavored with a Southwestern or jerk flavor.

- 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
