Gently rinse the diced avocado with water to slow the discoloration

Toss the avocado with the tomato, red onion, cilantro, garlic, lime juice, chili and salt

Avocado Salsa
ingredients
- 2 medium ripe avocados, diced
- 1 /2 cup diced fresh tomato
- 3 tablespoons diced red onion
- 3 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro leaves
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- 1 serrano chili minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
