Tomatillo Salsa
ingredients
- 6 medium fresh tomatillos
- 3 medium tomatoes, diced
- 1/2 cup minced red onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 to 3 jalapeno chilies, seeded and minced
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh cilantro
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
