    Trim green onion and mince

    Peel and mince garlic

  • 3

    Stir green onion and garlic into pesto and stir that mixture into the mayonnaise

    Preheat oven to 375 degrees

  • 5

    Arrange halibut on a parchment-lined baking sheet

  • 6

    Spread the top of each halibut fillet with 1/4 of the pesto mixture

  • 7

    Mound the breadcrumbs on top

  • 8

    Bake halibut for 18 minutes or until cooked through and the breadcrumbs are golden.

  • 2 cups fresh breadcrumbs
