Cover relish and leave at room temperature 1 hour. Pour remaining marinade over steak and let stand at room temperature 1 hour. Preheat grill

Remove steak from marinade

Grill 6 to 8 minutes per side or to desired doneness

Let steak rest for 7 to 10 minutes before slicing across into thin strips. Serve steaks topped with relish.
