Peel ginger and mince

Trim pork of all fat and silver skin and slice

Combine ginger, soy sauce, honey and red pepper flakes and toss with pork

Let stand 30 minutes

Drop green beans in a pot of boiling water and cook 4 to 6 minutes until tender

Rinse in cold water to stop cooking

Heat oil in a wok over medium high heat

Add pork, reserving marinade in dish

- 1 pound thin green beans
- 1 pork tenderloin
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- Sauce: 1/3 cup fresh orange juice
- 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon grated orange zest
- 1 clove garlic
