    Place cilantro and mint in the food processor

    Pulse to chop

    Add water, vinegar, sugar, curry, garlic and red pepper flakes

    Process until finely minced. Yield: 1-1/2 cups SUGGESTED USE: This sauce is delicious served with pork, chicken or lamb kabobs, especially those marinated in a ginger marinade, with or without spice.

  • 1-1/2 cups fresh cilantro leaves
  • 1 cup fresh mint leaves
  • 5 tablespoons water
  • 1-1/2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 /4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
