    Place the beer, vegetable oil, lime juice, onion, garlic, bay leaf, Worcestershire sauce, chili powder, cumin and pepper in a large bowl

    Stir to combine well. Yield: 2 cups SUGGESTED USE: This is a standard fajita marinade for beef top sirloin (up to 24 hours), chicken pieces on the bone (up to 12 hours), boneless chicken breasts (3 to 4 hours), chicken kabobs (2 to 3 hours) and shrimp (1 to 2 hours).

  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
