Peel ginger, slice and then finely mince

Trim pork tenderloins of all fat and silverskin

Stir together 2 tablespoons minced ginger and honey

Season pork with salt and pepper and spread honey all over

Let stand 30 minutes

Preheat oven to 400 degrees

Heat oil in a large skillet over medium high heat

Brown pork on all sides, about 6 minutes total

Transfer to a parchment lined baking sheet and roast 2 minutes

Let stand 5 minutes; then slice

Meanwhile, heat sesame oil in the pork skillet and saute shallot, garlic and 1 tablespoon minced ginger for 1 to 2 minutes

Add broth, wine and lemon juice; bring to a boil and reduce by half

Serve sauce over pork.

- 1 shallot
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 pork tenderloins
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon Asian sesame oil
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup dry white wine
- 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
