Wipe mushrooms clean with a damp paper towel and cut into quarters

Coarsely chop onions

Slice bacon across in thin strips

Preheat oven to 375 degrees

Melt butter in large skillet over medium high heat

Season pork chops with salt and pepper and brown 4 minutes per side

Transfer chops to a baking dish and sprinkle mushrooms on top

Add onions and bacon to skillet and cook until bacon is crisp, stirring frequently, about 10 minutes

Mix in flour and paprika

Stir in broth and cream and bring to a boil, stirring constantly

- 1-1/2 teaspoons paprika
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 2 tablespoons tomato sauce
