Place cranberry juice in a 2 quart saucepan

Bring to a boil then cook down until reduced to 1 cup

Add brown sugar and vinegar and boil until mixture is syrupy and reduced to about 1/2 cup

Stir in zest and keep warm. Yield: 1/2 cup SUGGESTED USE: This sauce is perfect for roast chicken or turkey

ingredients
- 2 cups cranberry juice
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 /4 cup cider vinegar
- 1 /2 teaspoon grated orange rind (zest)
