Cut the tofu into Batonnet strips

Remove cilantro leaves and set aside

Mince ginger and garlic

Combine all sauce ingredients

Cook linguine in a large pot of boiling water

Drain and toss with sesame oil

Heat vegetable oil in a wok over medium high heat

Add the ginger and garlic and toss 1 minute

Add all the sauce ingredients and tofu and bring to a simmer, stirring often

SPICY ORANGE TOFU NOODLES
ingredients
- 8 ounces baked tofu, any flavor
- 1 bunch cilantro
- 4 slices peeled fresh ginger
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1/2 pound linguine
- 2 teaspoons Asian sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- Sauce:
- 1/4 cup fresh orange juice
- 1/2 teaspoon grated orange zest
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons spice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon Asian sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon Asian chili sauce
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch
