CHINESE COLD NOODLES
ingredients
- 8 ounces baked tofu, any flavor
- 1/2 carrot
- 1 small red bell pepper
- 2 green onions
- 1/2 pound spaghetti
- 1 tablespoon Asian sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
- Dressing:
- 2 slices peeled fresh ginger
- 1/4 bunch cilantro
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
