ingredients
- 1 medium red onion
- 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
- 1 large head romaine lettuce
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 fresh fennel bulb
- 8 ounces pitted kalamata olives
- 2 ounces thinly sliced Italian dry salami
- 1 (15-ounce) can garbanzo beans, rinsed and
- drained
- 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- Dressing:
- 6 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 3 tablespoons white wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 clove garlic, minced
