- 3 stalks celery
- 1 cup walnuts, toasted
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 6 butter lettuce leaves
- Dressing:
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup applesauce
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
