Cut the tomatoes in half

Cut lettuce across in 1-inch thick slices. Toss these all with shrimp and pasta in a large salad bowl. For dressing: Combine all ingredients in the food processor and blend until smooth

Season to taste with salt and pepper

Cover and refrigerate until serving time and up to 24 hours

SHRIMP PASTA CAESAR SALAD WITH TOMATOES
ingredients
- 3 green onions
- 1 small bunch fresh basil
- 1 cup grape or other tiny tomatoes
- 1 medium head Romaine lettuce
- 1 pound extra-large shrimp,
- shelled, deveined and cooked
- 3 cups cooked bow-tie pasta
- Dressing:
- 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, peeled
- 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
