Chop enough green onions to make 1 cup

Place in a bowl

Chop the cranberries and cashew nuts and add to the green onions

Chop the mango pieces in the chutney if large and place in a food processor

Add the cream cheese, cottage cheese and curry powder and process until smooth

Stir into the green onions mixture along with the 1/2 cup coconut

Place mixture into a plastic wrap lined mold or bowl; cover and refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight

To serve, unmold onto a platter and sprinkle on the toasted coconut

Surround with crackers and apples.

- 1 bunch green onions
- 1 cup dried cranberries
- 1 cup toasted cashew nuts
- 3/4 cup bottled mango chutney
- 2 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- 1/2 cup flaked coconut
- 1/4 cup toasted flaked coconut
- Crackers and Apple slices
