- 1 jalapeno chili, seeded and minced
- 1/2 cup chopped red onion
- 2 cloves garlic, peeled
- 1/2 cup chopped cilantro leaves
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
- 2 tablespoons water
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
