    Peel garlic and finely mince

    Stir into mayonnaise, cover and refrigerate. Place vinegar, honey and saffron in a small saucepan

    Bring to a boil, stirring constantly, over medium heat

    Cool completely

  • 5

    Stir into garlic mayonnaise and season to taste with salt and pepper.

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • Large pinch saffron threads
  • Salt and pepper to taste
