Finely dice or grate the cucumber and place in a colander

Toss with salt and let drain for at least 1 hour

Squeeze out excess liquid from cucumber. Peel garlic and finely mince

Remove leaves from dill and finely mince

Stir garlic and dill into yogurt and sour cream
