- 2/3 cup crunchy peanut butter
- 1-1/2 cups unsweetened canned coconut milk
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons golden brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon minced fresh ginger
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- Pinch cayenne pepper
- 1 /4 cup or more chicken broth or water
