Preheat waffle iron

Mix flour, baking soda, and salt

Blend yogurt, butter, and egg yolks separately, then add to flour mixture

Beat egg whites stiff, and fold into batter

YOGURT WAFFLES
ingredients
- 2 cups sifted white flour (or 2/3 cups whole wheat flour
- with 1 1/3 cup white flour)
- 3 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 cups yogurt
- 4 eggs, separated
- 1 cup melted butter or margarine
