Quarter pineapple lengthwise, and core

Set aside empty shell in refrigerator

Slice pineapple into cubes and toss 1 cup pineapple with mango, papaya and grapes

Chill

To serve put 1/3 cup of yogurt into each pineapple shell, cover with mixed fruit

Mix remaining yogurt with honey and cover fruit

Top with strawberries

Use one whole straw- berry and one sprig to garnish each shell

SWEET FRUIT SALAD
ingredients
- 1 small fresh pineapple
- 1 cup mango chunks or melon balls
- 1 cup diced papaya, peaches or nectarines
- 2 cups yogurt
- 2 TB honey
- 1 cup sliced strawberries
- 1 cup grapes
- 4 sprigs fresh mint
