Put oil in baking pan

Sprinkle salt on fish and add fish to oil in pan

Turn fish to coat with oil on both sides

Bake at 400 degrees until tender

Saute butter and mushrooms until soft

After fish has cooked, cover with mushrooms

Stir flour and yogurt together in a dish until smooth

Then cover fish and mushrooms with yogurt mixture

Place in oven and cook for 15 minutes

Serves 4 to 6.
COD FISH WITH MUSHROOMS
ingredients
- 2 lbs. cod fish, fillets or steaks
- 6 TB canola or corn oil
- 1/4 lb. mushroom caps, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 cup yogurt
- 1 TB flour
- salt
