ingredients
- 4 1/4 cups light chicken stock
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 small green pepper, deseeded and chopped
- 1/2 cucumber, peeled and chopped
- 1 large, ripe avocado, peeled, pitted and chopped
- 1/4 cup tomatoes
- 2/3 cup unflavored yogurt
- 1 TB wine vinegar
- salt to taste
- freshly ground black pepper to taste
- cayenne pepper to taste
