Before starting, turn freezer control to coldest tem- perature

Pour pineapple juice into pan and stir in gelatin, honey and heat until all dissolved

Let cool

Blend rest of ingredients exept whipped cream and mix with pineapple mixture

Spoon in whip cream

Pour into freezing tray and freeze until firm

ALMOND ICE CREAM
ingredients
- 1 envelope unflavored gelatin
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 1 cup orange juice
- juice of 1 lemon
- 1 1/2 cups honey
- 1 1/2 cups drained yogurt
- 1/2 tsp. almond extract
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 cup toasted slivered almonds
- 1 cup cream, whipped
