P.J.s CAJUN HAMBURGER JERKY
ingredients
- Makes about 1/2 lb. jerky
- 2 whole bay leaves
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp. freshly ground pepper
- 1/2 tsp. white pepper
- 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
- 1 TB. pepper sauce
- 1 TB Worcestershire sauce
- 3 tsp. minced garlic (optional)
- 1/2 cup water
