Keep covered in refrigerator up to 1 week. Yield: 3/4 cup SUGGESTED USE: This thick paste is delicious smeared over boneless chicken breasts (3 hours), pork tenderloin (3 to 24 hours), or even tossed with shrimp (2 hours).

- 2 tablespoons grated orange rind (zest)
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/4 cup toasted sesame seeds
