    Place parsley and cilantro in food processor and chop

    Add cinnamon, ginger, paprika, pepper, cumin, thyme, cayenne and salt

    Pulse to combine

    Add lemon juice and olive oil and puree into a thick paste. Yield: 1-1/2 cups SUGGESTED USE: This is a spicy and very flavorful paste

    Use it sparingly or lavishly depending on your mood

    Rub it on chicken breasts (1 hour), shrimp (1 hour), fish fillets (30 minutes) or try it on Cornish Game Hens (4 hours).

  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro leaves
  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon ground ginger
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground thyme
  • 1 /2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
