Rub it on chicken breasts (1 hour), shrimp (1 hour), fish fillets (30 minutes) or try it on Cornish Game Hens (4 hours).

- 1 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon ground thyme
- 1 /2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 cup olive oil
